Thank you for choosing the Focusly app. This Privacy Policy has been prepared to transparently inform you about the operation of the Focusly app and how your data is stored locally.

1. Data Storage and Local Architecture

Focusly is built entirely on an offline-first architecture.

Local Data Storage: All data generated throughout the use of the app, including your focus sessions, task descriptions, usage statistics, and in-app preferences, are kept exclusively on your device's own local storage (SQLite and AsyncStorage).

Server Connection: No data transfer is made to any cloud server for the app to perform its core functions, and your data is not transferred to an external system over the internet.

2. Membership and Authentication

It is not mandatory to declare any personal data such as name, e-mail address, or phone number to use the app. The app can be used directly on the device without the need to create an account.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscription Processes

Premium membership and subscription processes (Tredgo Plus, Focus Premium) offered within Focusly are carried out through the operating system provider of your mobile device (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Infrastructure Provider: RevenueCat infrastructure is used as an integrator in subscription management, authorization, and verification processes.

Security of Financial Data: Credit card information, billing addresses, and payment methods are not collected, processed, or stored by us. All financial transactions are completed via the secure payment gateways of the respective app stores (Apple or Google).

4. Device Permissions and Notification Management

In order for the app to fully perform its functionality, certain permissions may be requested from your device:

Local Notifications: Push notification permission may be requested to notify you that focus and break times have been completed. These notifications are generated entirely locally by the device's own operating system; they are not sent via an external server (Push Notification).

5. Third-Party Analytics and Tracking Tools

Focusly does not host any third-party tracking code (tracking SDK) or advertising network components used to track user behavior, profile, or display targeted advertising.

6. Children's Privacy

Our application is designed with a technical infrastructure suitable for all age groups. Due to the data storage structure of the application, personal data of children or any user is not recorded in our external systems by active or passive methods.
